A poem of Hiva Panahi becomes part of the book “The Greeks: A Global History,” Basic Books, NY, 2022

 

 

It is a great honor for me that Professor Roderick Beaton, the first Koraes Professor of Modern Greek and Byzantine History, Language and Literature in the Classics Department at King's College, London, has chosen my poem “The Breath of Olive Tree» from my poetry collection "Secrets of the Snow,"& "Austerity Measures"Karen Van Dyck for his great book “The Greeks: A Global History,” which is 590 pages by BASIC BOOKS NY,2022 and Hiva's poem is in page 463- 464
