An letter from late great Kurdish thinker and poet Maaref Aghaei for Hiva Panahi

This letter belongs to the late, great Kurdish poet and thinker Maref Agaei. He wrote it to me in 1994.

In the letter, he says:

“Dear Hiva, your poetic style carries powerful emotion and deep thought. I greatly admire these short poems with such rich meaning. I have received two of your new poems, and I hope we can publish them as soon as possible.

Please keep writing, and send me more of your poems.”
