Μικρές Γκρίνιες Μιας Γυναίκας, Χίβα Παναχί

Ένα μικρο απόσπασμα από το ποίημα μου " ο καθρέφτη του μέλλοντος, Χίβα Παναχί" 

Στα μέρη που δεν έβρισκα ούτε θεό ούτε φωτιά
Το βλέμμα των ονείρων σου ήταν μια βιαστική ευχή
Κάπου το συνάντησα και κάπου θα άφηνα
Καλπάζουσα αθόρυβα κύματα .....

 

A woman’s little gripes

Words come like rocks,

They drop as rocks, and become diamonds

Σταγόνα σταγόνα έπεφταν 

                                    

Γέμιζαν την εσπέρα του θανάτου

Έπεφταν στους τάφους των αγνοημένων ποιητών

Γέμιζαν τις μπούκλες της ξενιτιάς

Φώτιζαν μια χούφτα χώματος

Γέμιζαν το μαξιλάρι του ανέμου  

Έπεφταν στο φόρεμα της θάλασσας

Έπεφταν στο πρόσωπο των άστρων

Σταγόνα σταγόνα έπεφταν

Έπεφταν στις πύλες των Αθηνών

Η θάλασσα βουβή

Τα άστρα χωρίς πνοή, χωρίς φως

Των θεών τα αγάλματα  σπασμένα

Ήταν μόνο δάκρυα που έπεφταν

Πολλά δάκρυα, μαύρα δάκρυα

Δάκρυα της μεγάλη τραγωδίας

The department of classics, University Of Columbia has chosen three poems of the young Kurdish writer Dr. Hiva Panahi for new Geek –English edition of the poetry anthology Austerity Measures; The New Greek Poetry
Professor Karen Van Dyck, Columbia University in the City of New York writes about the new anthology of modern Greek Poetry " Austerity Measures". This book was published by Penguin Books. 

The poems are as follows: Companion 1996 Kurdistan, The Breath of the Olive Tree,2006, Athens, A Man of Ashes, 2006, Athens
